Administrative Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate sales collateral, client records, and supporting documents so materials remain accurate, organized, and easy to access
• Prepare marketing packets and presentation materials for client outreach and business development efforts
• Maintain and update client databases, contact lists, and related administrative records with strong attention to detail
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to company leadership and assist the sales team with operational needs
• Contribute to sales support activities by helping organize follow-up items, materials, and communication tasks
• Assist with marketing projects and other business development initiatives as priorities evolve
• Support a busy office environment by handling multiple assignments efficiently while meeting deadlines
• Participate in future outbound client outreach efforts as needed, including introductory follow-up communication
Qualifications:
• Experience in administrative support, sales coordination, marketing support, or a related business function is preferred• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented and positive approach
• Excellent organizational abilities and close attention to accuracy in managing information and materials
• Comfort using computers, office software, and administrative systems in a daily work environment
• Ability to manage several priorities at once in a fast-moving, high-energy setting
• Team-oriented mindset with the confidence to work closely with leadership and cross-functional colleagues
• Marketing exposure is a plus, and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
