Program Manager – Capital Planning & Financial Operations
Location: Bellevue, WA 98004
Work Arrangement: Onsite – 4 days per week
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support large-scale capital planning and financial operations initiatives. This role focuses on managing funding plans, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring accurate forecasting for complex infrastructure and construction-related efforts.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience managing budgets, schedules, and financial forecasts within large enterprise environments. This role requires the ability to quickly establish context, manage multiple priorities, and drive execution while collaborating across finance, construction, and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Develop and manage funding plans and cost forecasts for large-scale programs
- Analyze cost inputs related to construction, design, and startup funding
- Track budgets and forecast future funding needs
Program & Schedule Management
- Coordinate multiple timelines and deliverables across cross-functional teams
- Manage project schedules and ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Balance competing priorities and maintain progress across initiatives
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with finance, construction, and operational teams to align on estimates and execution plans
- Facilitate communication across large organizations and ensure stakeholder alignment
- Translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights
Process & Execution Excellence
- Drive execution with a bias for action, proactively resolving blockers
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial templates, reporting, and deliverables
- Support continuous improvement in planning and forecasting processes
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Program Management experience or PMP certification
- Experience managing financial planning, forecasting, or capital projects
- Strong ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities simultaneously
- Experience working in large enterprise environments
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting warehouse, fulfillment, or large-scale operational environments
- Background working in highly structured, fast-paced organizations
- Experience collaborating with construction or infrastructure teams
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination experience

Compensation
