In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting financial operations, inventory accounting, and month-end close—while working alongside a collaborative team that values accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Support month-end and year-end close through journal entries and financial documentation
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Manage inventory accounting, including cost analysis, reconciliations, and fixed asset tracking
- Assist with physical inventory processes and ensure accurate inventory records
- Prepare audit schedules and support external audit requests
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company procedures
- Assist with tax-related activities, including corporate and sales tax filings
- Provide financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or aerospace industries.
• Proficiency in inventory accounting and general ledger maintenance.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting standards and compliance.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting systems.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication capabilities.
• Experience in tax-related processes, including corporate and sales tax, is preferred.
Compensation
