HR Generalist
Responsibilities:
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and employer-matching contributions.
• Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure new hires are effectively integrated and all compliance requirements are met.
• Process payroll accurately and on time, utilizing systems such as Paycom or other HRIS platforms.
• Ensure adherence to federal and state regulations related to human resources and employee benefits.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Assist with billing operations and maintain proper financial documentation and records.
• Prepare and file regulatory documents in compliance with legal standards and deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR and accounting inquiries or resolve issues.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records while ensuring data confidentiality.
• Provide support during audits and financial reviews, ensuring all requirements are met.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in human resources administration, including benefits and payroll management.• Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Paycom or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of state and federal HR regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience managing accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial and HR tasks.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee data with a high degree of confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for financial and HR reporting.
Compensation
