The SVP of Campaign Delivery and Price Management for Retail Services is responsible for managing the cost-efficient and flawless execution of multiple critical processes/products for the business, our partners, and cardholders including statements, database marketing management, marketing campaign execution, and price management. This position plays a critical role in the development, management, and execution of risk controls for the marketing function. In addition, this role owns the strategy and tactical implementation for leveraging technology to improve our marketing processes, including new and existing tools. The position supports over 4,000 campaigns annually across 30 partners and >75MM cardholders. The position reports into the Director, Marketing Operations for Citi Retail Services.

Key responsibilities:

o Responsible for Program Management for all Citi-generated marketing campaigns on behalf of partners across multiple channels
o Managing critical process components of customer price management, including payment allocation execution, pricing scheme setups, and the Pricing Committee
o Responsible for all aspects of statement management excluding the print shop
o Database marketing list pull management, including offer fulfillment
o Collateral and disclosure management, including legal or regulatory notifications
o Develop and implement the strategy for leveraging technology to improve the efficiency of marketing processes

• 15-20 years experience in financial services
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Knowledge of Marketing disciplines and campaign processes
• Knowledge of private label credit cards a significant plus
• Knowledge of current consumer finance regulatory landscape a plus
• Knowledge of Marketing Resource Management or other automation tools a plus
• Excellent oral and written commercial communications skills
• Strong process and project management bent; Six Sigma training a plus
• Demonstrated impact in the following areas:
